Combine a small handful of chopped primrose leaves and flowers to a salad daily. Can also use to make tea. Add about if 4 cup primrose leaves and flowers to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten. Drink with meals.

High Blood Pressure Herb Tea with Honey
Mix 1 tablespoon each of tag alder, chamomile, and pepperl11int. Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1teaspoon of the herb mixture. Steep 15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey before drinking. One of the effective home remedies for high blood pressure.
Take 1-2 tablespoon of Fenugreek (methi) seeds and boil in a glass of water. Strain and then take this mixture. This is very effective home remedy for the treatment of high blood pressure. Patient may take this drink for 2-3 months twice a day.
